When Mr. & Mrs. Brown of Gillingham, Kent requested a site survey in July 2004 from the Libra Facilities office they anticipated a lengthy wait given the high summer temperatures and demand for air conditioning.

A Sales Manager form LFL attended within 72hrs and a quotation issued after 48hrs.

The client had requested a heat pump system and it was decided that a floor standing 3.5kw LG system would be most suitable as a replacement for the existing radiator.

A concern of the client was the appearance of the external system from the road area outside the front of the property.

The LFL installing engineer however agreed with Mrs. Brown that the external unit could be located in a corner location to be shielded by plants at a later date.

The installation including separate 20amp electrical supply was completed within a day and the unit tested fully in both heating and cooling modes.
