The Public House

Libra Facilities Ltd was approached by the management of The Canterbury Tales a recently refurbished Public House located in Gillingham Kent.

Whilst under going a recent refit the business had removed a number of redundant R22 systems and therefore a solution to controlling the temperature was required.

The client informed the L.F.L surveyor that during live music events the bar area and performing stage became uncomfortable hot.

L.F.L installed in total 1 no ceiling mounted 13.2Kw Toshiba inverter system to cool and heat the main public area.

The external Toshiba inverter condensing unit was located within the rear yard and a gravity drain installed to remove condensate away.

Particularly care was taken to ensure a minimum amount of pipework was on display and a hard wired controller was fitted behind the bar area for staff to adjust the system when required.

The project was completed by the L.F.L team without any need for the business to close and the client commented on the professional manner of the installation engineers.

The installation was completed in two full working days.
